Scott B. Connolly joined the firm in 1998 and is a partner in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Scott represents both public and private clients in a variety of matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, public company reporting obligations, venture capital financings, corporate restructurings and general corporate matters.

Represented private equity fund in its auction and sale of a global freight forwarding and logistics company for over $450 million.
Represented private investment company in its acquisition of a modular home manufacturer for $40 million.
Represented private investment company in its sale of a controlling interest in an excess and surplus lines insurance company for over $250 million in cash and debt securities.
Represented a public business development company and a private investment company in their acquisition of an aerospace machining supplier for over $30 million.
Represented a public pharmaceutical services company in its strategic acquisition of a private pharmaceutical packaging company for $100 million in cash and stock.
Represented private equity fund in its bankruptcy acquisition of a food processing company for over $50 million and its capitalization of the acquisition vehicle.
Represented a Fortune 25 technology company with its bankruptcy auction bid of over $750 million for certain U.S. and international divisions of a public company.
In General. Scott graduated from the Villanova University School of Law summa cum laude in 1998 and was a managing editor of the Villanova Law Review. He received a degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. Scott is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. |
