Scott A. Crum is Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for ITT. In this role he has global responsibility for human resources policy and strategy and leadership development. He also serves on the company’s Strategic Council.
Prior to joining ITT, Crum headed corporate human resources at General Instrument Corporation in Horsham, Pa., where he was Senior Vice President for Administration and Employee Resources. When that company was sold to Motorola in 2000, he became Corporate Vice President Human Resources for Motorola’s Latin America Region and Corporate Vice President, Technical and Employee Support for the Broadband Communications Sector of Motorola. Prior to that position, Crum served in a number of human resources roles at Northrop Grumman, LTV Corporation and Dresser Industries.
Crum is the past chairman of the Montgomery County Walk for Juvenile Diabetes. He also served as Vice President for the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association Board of Directors. Crum holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. |
