In his role as Vice President Development, Scott takes a senior role in taking REDICO projects from initial vision to completion. Scott takes the concept, hires the necessary disciplines (including architects, consultants, and contractors), and manages these and all the other required resources to make the project happen, on time and within budget. In fact, he takes pride in this entire "napkin sketch to Grand Opening" process most often coming in under budget, thanks to his ability to manage, coordinate, and optimize multiple vendors and contractors.
