Mr. Steinhoff is a member of the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group and his practice focuses on a broad variety of commercial real estate law transactions, involving condominium developments, affordable housing transactions, commercial lending transactions, commercial leasing and land use law.
Before joining Dykema, Mr. Steinhoff practiced real estate law for a major Detroit-based law firm.
While in law school, he was Note and Comment Editor for the University of Toledo Law Review.

Representation of property developers and lenders in both traditional residential condominium projects and in complex multi-use condominium developments.

Representation of non-profit residential developers in a broad variety of affordable housing transactions involving national, state and local housing and lending agencies.
Real Estate Litigation
Representation of nationally based and local title insurance companies and agents in a broad variety of title insurance claims.
Commercial Lenders
Representation of local, regional and national lenders in commercial real estate loans, asset based financing, foreclosures and loan workouts.
Zoning and Land Use
Representation of developers and property owners in zoning and land use matters.

General representation of small and closely held businesses in matters involving entity formation, capitalization and financing, asset and stock sales/acquisitions, and corporate succession planning.
