Scott Figgins joined Brotherhood Mutual in 1989 as a claims adjuster and was promoted to claims supervisor in 1995. He earned his current position of vice president of claims in 1997. Figgins holds an associate's degree in criminal justice and a bachelor's degree in public administration from Indiana University. He received his paralegal certification in 1989 and his CPCU in 1993. Figgins serves on the Indiana Insurance Institute Claims Committee, is a past president of the Board of Directors of True Life Choices, Inc. |
