Scott A. Battersby was elected corporate vice president and corporate treasurer by the Board of Directors in October 2000.
Scott provides overall treasury leadership with worldwide responsibility for cash management, risk management, capital markets, as well as investment banking and rating agency relationships.
Scott joined Unisys in 1984 and held a number of key positions within the finance, corporate strategy and treasury organizations. Prior to this appointment, he served as vice president of corporate strategy and development, a position he held since January 1998. Prior to that, he was the company's assistant treasurer and director of corporate finance.
Scott holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Drexel University.
