Scot oversees the successful delivery of high-volume document production for client engagements. He leads a growing team of production specialists who ensure accuracy, efficiency and on-time delivery of production deliverables. Scot drives the safety, quality, service-level, and productivity by planning and implementing all aspects of the production process.
Under his leadership, Scot has built a profitable and growing production department from the ground up. He conducts comprehensive research that informs the acquisition and deployment of production equipment and software. Scot trains and manages a production staff which has received the United States Postal Services ‘MailPiece Quality Control’ certification, a designation that meets the USPS goal of 100 percent automation compatibility. This certification has enabled KCC to offer its clients significantly reduced postage costs and improved product deliverability.
Scot coordinates payment of leases, maintenance agreements, and other expenses regarding all production equipment with the Finance department to ensure contracts and leases remain current and costs are aligned with the company’s profitability goals.
Prior to KCC, Scot was Chief Executive Officer of EPOCHSound, an agency that books and promotes recording artists. As CEO, he was head of artist relations and led the growth and development of talent signed to its roster of artists. Earlier, he served as Associate Editor of Ride BMX magazine. He founded BMXonline.com, which has become the BMX bike industry’s first and foremost online magazine dedicated to the BMX lifestyle.
Scot earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Georgia, where he majored in History and minored in English and Journalism. |
