Saul M. Rosen is the Chief Tax Officer of Citi. He is a member of the Citi Management Committee.
Mr. Rosen re-joined Citi on May 20, 2002. He was previously an employee of Salomon Smith Barney Inc. from 1979 to 1999, where he was head of Global Taxes. Prior to re-joining Citi, Mr. Rosen was a Managing Director and Head of Global Taxes at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Rosen graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College (NY) in 1970. He received a JD from St. John’s University School of Law in 1974 and an LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law in 1982. Mr. Rosen is a member of the New York State Bar and the Accountancy Advisory Board at Baruch College. He has been President of the Wall Street Tax Association and the Securities Industry Association Chairman (Federal Tax).
