Satoshi Shiba's extensive direct and channel sales experience in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) helps to facilitate Reva's growth in the APJ region. Prior to joining Reva, Mr. Shiba was regional director and then general manager of Voltaire Ltd. in Tokyo. Responsible for sales in the APJ region, Mr. Shiba managed OEM relationships, channel partners and regional sales teams. Before Voltaire, Mr. Shiba was with Brocade Communications Systems based in Beijing, where he served as sales director for OEM & New Business for greater China. Earlier in his career, Shiba held senior-level engineering positions with Qlogic Japan and Nippon Texa. Mr. Shiba has lived and worked in both China and Japan, and is fluent in Mandarin, Japanese and English languages. He holds degrees from Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School (Ph.D.), Northeastern University (MS), and Anshan Steel and Iron University (BS). |
