Ms. Fernandes joined Pac-West in January of 2004 as the Director of Service Provider Product Marketing, and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in November of 2005. Ms. Fernandes has over 15 years of marketing and sales experience, including executive level positions (Vice President of Marketing and Product Management) at ECI Conference Call Services and (Vice President of Marketing, for Service Provider and National Accounts), and Vice President/General Manager of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic Region at Winstar Communications. Fernandes holds a master's degree in operations research and statistics from University of Maryland, a master's degree in business administration from University of South Carolina, and a bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology.
