Sarah has 25 years of broad market research experience in financial services, including the Asset Management, Discount Brokerage, and Banking industries. Sarah's experience includes positions at Dreyfus where she provided the firm with primary and secondary research services in both the retail and intermediary channels; TD Waterhouse where she was responsible for the research budget for all primary and secondary research with the exception of customer satisfaction; and most recently, at Draft, Inc. one of the Interpublic Group of advertising agencies, where she worked with multiple Bank of America Business units collaborating with their research teams to design research programs that would best meet their business information needs.
