Ms. Miller has extensive experience in all phases of planning and programming. As a Senior Associate in our firm and also our most experienced planner, Sarah brings the expertise of more than 40 complex planning and programming projects. She led the programming efforts for the University of Arizona Student Union & Bookstore Facilities Planning project. Additionally, she was the project manager for The University of Arizona Highland District and the Park Student Union Masterplan.
