Sarah joined the Grunau Company team in 2002 as an HVAC design engineer. She is responsible for system design, CAD drawings and equipment selecting and purchasing. Sarah also provides project management assistance and coordinates with other trades on jobs. Sarah was an intern at Grunau for four years before graduating from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management. She is currently attending graduate school at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) for her master's in engineering. In 2005, Sarah passed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) examination, recognizing her as an expert in green building techniques for new commercial construction and major renovation projects. She is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). |
