Sarah graduated from University College Dublin with a primary degree and Masters in Economics. She subsequently commenced her career in Financial Services, working as part of the team involved in initial operations at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. Sarah specialised in the Funds area and gained great exposure at a time when Dublin's International Financial Services Centre was growing significantly.

Sarah moved into the recruitment business in early 1995 and to date has worked with a number of high-profile recruitment companies and has gained over eight years' high-end recruitment and selection experience. She has successfully partnered global and indigenous firms on high profile and complex assignments across a broad range of disciplines.

Prior to joining McEvoy Associates Signium International in 2003, Sarah's most recent role was as General Manager with the HRM Recruitment Group, overseeing all aspects of this multi-faceted business, which recruits in a variety of sectors across all commercial and operational functions.
