Sarah N. Glenn is an associate in the Global Project Finance Group located in the New York office.
Ms. Glenn's experience includes representing the lenders in the White Energy Holdings ethanol three plant portfolio acquisition and construction financing with an aggregate production capacity of 245 MMGPY, representing the borrower, sponsor and project company in the financing of an approximately 9000MW portfolio of coal-fired power plants in the Southwest and representing the purchaser in the private placement financing of a sponsor in the Freeport LNG project.
Ms. Glenn received a B.A. from Boston University, an M.A. in International Trade and Investment Policy from The Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University and her J.D. from The George Washington University. She is admitted to practice in New York. |
