As an executive consultant for Noel-Levitz, Sarah Coen offers more than a decade of experience in student recruitment. She is especially adept at developing and implementing comprehensive plans for managing enrollment and tuition revenue.
Previous campus experience
Before her position at Noel-Levitz, Ms. Coen served as director of admissions at Transylvania University (KY). During her tenure at Transylvania, she has helped engineer the record gains in applications, freshman enrollment, and net revenue. In addition, academic quality and freshman-to-sophomore retention rates increased during her time at Transylvania, resulting in the largest enrollment in the university’s 225-year history.
Ms. Coen also served as director of admissions at Commonwealth College (VA), receiving the institution’s Employee of the Year Award. She was assistant director of admissions at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and prior to her work in college admissions, Ms. Coen worked with the American Red Cross as a public relations specialist.
Memberships and education
Ms. Coen is an executive board member of Kentucky Association of College Admissions Counseling and a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling. She holds a master's degree in public administration from Central Michigan University. |
