Sarah Clark has been with the Packard Foundation since 1998. She is currently senior advisor to President and CEO Carol S. Larson. Prior to that, she was program director for the Population Program where she provided overall program direction, related to executive staff and the Board of Trustees, and served as a liaison to other major donors.
Prior to joining the Foundation, she spent 22 years as a foreign service officer with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). At USAID, she held several positions, both at headquarters and on overseas assignments in a regional position for West Africa, Togo, and Haiti. Sarah has a B.A. and an M.A. from the University of Tennessee and a Ph.D. in sociology from Brown University. She speaks French and is studying Spanish episodically |
