Current responsibility
Sarah is a principal in Milliman's Dallas office and serves as operations manager for the Defined Contribution Administration Unit. She coordinates all aspects of plan administration, including data management, transaction processing, plan reconciliation, and special projects. Sarah is also responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality plan sponsor services through Milliman's Client Services team. She joined Milliman in 1994.
In addition to Milliman's in-house operations, Sarah maintains third-party relationships for the office and serves as liaison between the systems and operations groups, determining new system functionality, writing system requirements, and testing new software releases.
Experience
Sarah has 20 years of experience in the administration of daily valued retirement plans. This includes establishing administrative service centers, software coordination and documentation, implementations and conversions, team management, organizational development, and plan consulting projects.
Prior to joining Milliman, Sarah delivered management development training to senior management at a major mutual fund company and helped a third-party administrator transition its daily recordkeeping unit from the Northeast to Texas.
