Sarah Schader brings to her clients and candidates insights based on several years of experience as a corporate attorney, first at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. in Palo Alto and then at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco. While practicing corporate law, Sarah specialized in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, public company reporting and general corporate governance, working extensively at times with litigation counsel on a preemptive or reactive basis. She regularly advised and answered to senior management, boards of directors and in-house counsel. During her career as a lawyer, Sarah represented a wide range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, investment banks, private equity firms and venture capital funds, in transactions valued from $1 million to nearly $20 billion.
Sarah earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, and both her M.A. in psychology and her B.A. in human biology from Stanford University. She was raised in Port Angeles, Washington, a small town outside of Seattle, and now lives in the city of San Francisco.
