As co-chairperson of the Private Funds Group, Sarah Davidoff represents her clients on the full spectrum of legal and business considerations involved in establishing and operating private funds, including hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and hybrid funds, with diverse investment strategies that are marketed to investors on a worldwide basis, including institutional investors, non-U.S. investors and U.S. high net worth individuals. Ms. Davidoff also focuses on structuring compensation and related profit-sharing arrangements for her clients. Ms. Davidoff’s client base includes institutional firms as well as independent managers.
Ms. Davidoff advises her clients regarding the ongoing regulatory and compliance matters affecting their operations. Sarah Davidoff works integrally with the firm’s Tax and Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation (ERISA) Groups in structuring both private funds and related compensation arrangements.
Ms. Davidoff is a frequent speaker at industry events including those sponsored by Lipper, Financial Research Associates, Maples Investment Funds Forum and Info Vest 21.
Ms. Davidoff is the Firm’s Co-hiring Partner.
