Business-related immigration and visa law, including non-immigrant and immigrant matters and work authorization documentation requirements
Ms. Ford has experience working with government agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices.
Ms. Ford also has experience with general commercial disputes including cases involving unfair trade practices, professional negligence and breaches of fiduciary duty.
