Ms. Finigan represents clients in general business transactions and securities issues. Her experience in corporate transactions includes business formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, employee and executive compensation, and technology licensing. Counseling startups and existing companies in corporate formation, structuring, governance, compensation and finance, Ms. Finigan helps clients develop and implement successful business strategies. She assists her clients with choosing the appropriate entity and structure, securing financing, communicating and negotiating with investors, and ensuring compliance with securities, tax, and other state and federal regulatory agencies. Ms. Finigan also assists companies with merger and acquisition transactions, intellectual property licensing and other technology licensing. Education - Ms. Finigan received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1994. She earned her law degree from Santa Clara University in 1997. |
