Buda is responsible for Lionbridge’s comprehensive investor relations program and worldwide corporate development activities, including acquisitions and strategic alliances. Buda has managed investor relations and corporate communications programs for public and private companies in the technology, IT services, and business services industries for over 13 years. Prior to joining Lionbridge in 2001, Buda served as Director of Corporate Communications for ZEFER Corp., where she managed the Company’s initial public offerings and oversaw all internal and external communications. Buda was previously a Senior Account Manager at Porter Novelli, a worldwide communications firm, where she established an investor relations and financial communications practice for the firm’s Boston office. |
