Sara is responsible for developing and executing integrated strategic social media, technology, public relations and marketing communications solutions in the emerging new media technology sectors. She is also responsible for staff development, product suite branding, product marketing, web structure and content.
Sara has spent a decade working client-side in the integrated communications field, developing and implementing cutting-edge strategic communications plans in the real estate, technology, powersports, human resources and nonprofit industries.
Her work has been focused on developing new marketing and public relations initiatives from the ground up, strategic grassroots campaigns, merchandising and brand design, event and tradeshow planning, search engine optimization, marketing education, market research and analytics.
Sara also has experience in online human resources and strategic employment consulting, where she developed and taught seminars and wrote articles in customer service, institutional employment objectives and self-marketing.
She was awarded the Marketing Director of the Year award in 2007 as a part of the Metropolitan Advertising & Marketing Excellence awards in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Her work has also garnered awards in marketing, events, merchandising and grassroots outreach.
Sara is a prior Chair of the Programs & Special Events committee for the National Capitol Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, as well as being actively involved in several other professional organizations.
She holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Brigham Young University. In her spare time she enjoys gourmet cooking, dining out, hiking, museums, road trips and reading. |
