Sanjeev has been with Synechron ever since its inception in 2001. He became the Director of Java Technology in 2004, and in this capacity, he supervises and manages all Java technology practices of the company. Sanjeev was responsible for managing the Chicago operations of Synechron, consolidating the Mortgage Banking vertical, which includes several high-profile clients. He specializes in setting up Strategic Development Centers (SDCs) for Synechron's US clients. With over 10 years of experience in the field of Java-based application development, Sanjeev has helped bag several of Synechron's Java-driven projects. A graduate of IIT Kharagpur, he has vast experience working with software service and product based companies such as MBT and eGain.
