Sanjay has over 15 years experience spanning the entire gamut of financial management activities including corporate finance, public issue process management, internal audit and budgetary control, managing investor relations, international financial transactions, setting up of subsidiary operations, implementing transfer pricing arrangements and the design and implementation of ESOPs.
He holds a bachelors degree in Commerce and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). |
