Having spent around 19 years in operations management finance and accounting and reporting functions Sanjay Gupta currently heads the core HR recruitment and training functions in BPO. With 10 years experience in the outsourcing industry Sanjay leads the discussions on EXL's people management plans and programs. In his previous role he was heading the operations for one of EXL's largest clients and his main area of focus was building organization capabilities in operations delivery. A qualified chartered accountant Sanjay has spent over 8 years in accounting and corporate finance functions in various large undertakings. Prior to joining EXL Sanjay was with American Express Financial Center for five years where he carried out operations delivery functions of key financial services in card accounting as well as migration functions such as opportunity and solution identification process mapping and solution implementation to client offices across the globe. |
