For a mega-major, he led a merger-related engagement in the areas of portfolio strategy definition, organizational design and implementation, and performance enhancement. Mr. Bhatia has assisted several clients in evaluating current course strategies vis-a-vis shareholder return performance and has outlined strategic opportunities for enhancing these returns.
