Dr. Khurana graduated from Stanford Medical School and served his Spinal Reconstruction Fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and his Pediatric and Adult Spine and Deformity Fellowship at Miami Children’s Hospital. In addition to teaching at Stanford University School of Medicine, Dr. Khurana has received numerous awards including the 2000 Volvo Corporation Award for the Clinical Study of Lower Back Pain, the Outstanding Abstract Award from the North American Spine Society, the Outstanding Poster Award from the North American Spine Society, and an Orthopaedic Hospital Research Award from the California Orthopaedic Association. With 10 years of experience, he remains committed to his interests in minimally invasive lumbar and cervical microsurgery, adult degenerative scoliosis, spine tumors and disc replacement technology. |
