Sang Pil (Philip) Park is a Vice President responsible for growth capital investments in Korea. He is based in Seoul.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Park was an Investment Officer at ASEM Capital, a Seoul-based venture capital arm of the China Development Industrial Bank of Taiwan, where he closed several venture investments in communications, digital contents and the display sector. Before that, Mr. Park was an export sales manager for various telecommunications products with LG.
Mr. Park received his M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan Business School (renamed as Stephen M. Ross School of Business) and his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Yonsei University.
