In his 35-year career at Pryor Cashman, Sandy Goldman has litigated virtually every manner of corporate, commercial and business-related issue that clients may face. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in general commercial litigation and has extensive experience in business fraud litigation, anti-trust, copyright and trademark infringement matters, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, and violation of employment agreements not to compete. Sandy has also acted on behalf of insurance companies representing attorneys and accountants charged with professional liability and has appeared before government agencies on behalf of clients in regulatory matters.
