Mr. Gerber joined the firm as an associate in 2002, and has been a partner since 2008. He concentrates his practice on bad faith and extra-contractual liability, insurance coverage and fraud, construction litigation, and wrongful death and personal injury litigation. He received his J.D. from Whittier Law School in 1995, where he earned the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Skills II, and a B.A. from the University of California in 1991. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gerber practiced at Herman, Goldstein & Forsyth. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gerber played professional tennis.
