Sandy Mask is Senior Vice President of Hill International. Ms. Mask has over 18 years of project management and project controls experience, serving public and commercial/private clients in the transportation industry including light rail, airport, transit, highways/roads, as well as education, municipal/government, and water industries. She has managed sales, business development, and client management at the local and regional levels.
Ms. Mask oversees business development for the southern region of the U.S., promoting services through presentations to owners, engineers, architects and other professionals in the public and private sector. Her responsibilities include management of Dallas office personnel, developing business relationships, and locating opportunities. As the client's contact point for management issues, Ms. Mask is committed to providing excellent service, as well as ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Her specialized computer software skills include Primavera Expedition and Microsoft Project.
