Sandy Kelly is Vice President of Human Resources for Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI). She is responsible for a wide range of human resources and management duties across the organization. Prior to joining PSI, Ms. Kelly worked with a non-profit lobbying organization, where she held positions of increasing responsibility culminating in the position of Manager of Human Resources & Administration. Ms. Kelly has eighteen years of experience in Human Resources Management. Her experience spans all areas of Human Resource Management including: high-tech recruitment, benefits administration, problem resolution/avoidance, affirmative action, and policy development in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Ms. Kelly played a key strategic role in supporting PSI's growth from less than 20 employees to over 200 employees. She designed and administers a competitive benefits program, developed and administers company policies, and ensures that the organization is complying with employment laws. These functions have been an important element in managing the organization's rapid growth.
Ms. Kelly holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Maryland in Business with a concentration in Personnel and Labor Relations. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a 2004 graduate of Leadership Howard County. |
