Sandy Easterbrook founded the Australian proxy advisory firm, Corporate Governance International (CGI) in 1993. Previously he was a partner for over 20 years of the leading Australian corporate law firm, Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Prior to that, he worked in London for the major City law firm, Herbert Smith. Easterbrook has served on the Board of Governors of the International Corporate Governance Network, which represents institutional investors with more than US$10 trillion in assets under management around the world. He is well known as a speaker at its annual conferences and as a member of ICGN committees, which work on key initiatives between conferences.
