Sandy Dakofsky specializes in business valuation and M&A advisory services. He has over 25 years of experience as a financial executive at Collier-Newfield, Citicorp Mortgage, Shearson Lehman Brothers, American Express and Coopers & Lybrand. Sandy has extensive experience in assessing the strategic value of businesses, reorganizing businesses and new product development finance. He has completed turnaround /transition assignments for Collier Encyclopedia, Shearson Lehman’s Retail unit and Citicorp Mortgage’s national mortgage application processing unit. At American Express he was in charge of developing and reviewing new product proposals in its Line of Credit products. Sandy currently serves on the board of the Connecticut Chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum. He is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. His professional affiliations include: AICPA Accredited Business Valuation designation, Associate of the American Society of Appraisers, the AICPA, and the Connecticut State Society of CPA’s. Sandy earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
