Sandy Webb works in the Commercial & Business Litigation Group where she assists clients with matters involving commercial litigation and land use, zoning and real estate development matters. Ms. Webb works with a broad range of clients including individuals, developers, municipal governments, Health Care institutions and national corporations. Her estates trusts and elder law practice involves representing family members or other parties in guardianship proceedings, Medicaid/Medicare appeals, and estate litigation before the orphans’ court and/or circuit court. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Ms. Webb served as counsel to the City of Frederick Water NOW Team where she represented the City in negotiations involving federal, state and local governments and private entities. She also served as a judicial clerk for Justice Berger, Supreme Court of Delaware, in Wilmington.
