Sandra completed her B.S. in Dietetics at Cal Poly Pomona, with a dietetic internship at USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. She then received a Masters degree in Public Health form U.C.L.A. Her experience has focused on the provision of clinical care to diabetic and dialysis patients, and as a dietitian she has served on the Nutrition Consultant for the Head Start Program for several years.
She is an avid cook and her passions include experimenting in the kitchen to find ways to cut calories out of favorite foods without cutting out the taste. Sandra is fluent in Spanish and a favorite in Hispanic Media outlets when it comes to providing expert advice on dietary supplements and nutrition, and is often interviewed for television, radio and print.
Her favorite supplements include Chewable Vitamin C, Super B-Complex and TripleFlex, which help her keep up with her interests in dancing and kickboxing. |
