Sandi Giannini holds the title of Area Sales Manager at Reiser Group, a position to which she was promoted in 2004, after demonstrating solid leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the marketplace, and a determination to exceed clients' goals and objectives. Since becoming a Sales Director at Reiser Group, Sandi has been involved in the sale of 14 residential communities across all spectrums of the business, including single-family homes, townhome sales and condominium conversions. She has successfully represented Delco Builders & Developers, Providence Developers, Centennial Homes and Passport Homes, to name a few. Sandi typically manages five or more communities simultaneously with the able assistance of 12 to 15 sales professionals.
Sandi joined Reiser Group in 2003 as a Community Sales Manager, representing homebuilders in Castro Valley, Pleasanton, Petaluma, Napa, Novato and Santa Rosa. With Reiser Group at Atherton Ranch in Novato, she revived sales at a community that lagged its peers in sales absorption and turned The Oaks and Victorians Townhomes into two of the best-selling communities in Marin County. The Victorians were later awarded the coveted Gold Nugget Award.
Sandi's prior sales experience includes tenure with Centex Homes at "Hideaway at Point Marin" in Novato, where she successfully redirected a failed marketing effort and sold the remaining homes at a record pace. She also previously held sales positions at Home Quest Realty in San Francisco and Brookfield Homes in Novato, where she sold The Ridge, one of the Bay Area's largest townhome and condominium projects with over 300 homes.
A longtime resident of Novato and San Rafael, Sandi has raised her family locally and contributes to a number of community organizations. |
