Mr. Phlegar serves as the Director of the Marine Division, responsible for all ATM coastal, waterfront and international engineering and development projects. He has practiced engineering for 24 years, maintains professional engineering registrations in three states, the Virgin Islands and Bahamas. Mr Phlegar has over 18 years of professional experience specific to waterfront development, marina design and coastal engineering. Mr. Phlegar’s marina specialties include new waterfront development as well as restoration opportunities serving both public and private interests across the United States and internationally. He has led or participated in approximately 300 marine projects and conducted over 3,000 project inspections on four continents. He frequently leads broad-based management of multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental study teams required to complete comprehensive waterfront development programs. Mr. Phlegar earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and his M.S., in Coastal & Oceanographic Engineering from the University of Florida. |
