Sam Sigelman focuses his practice in the areas of corporate governance and commercial litigation, and on real estate transactions and defalcations in particular. He has obtained multimillion-dollar awards for clients, both at trial and via summary judgment, and overturned a trial-court decision at the Minnesota Court of Appeals (Williams v. State, 2005 WL 832056 [Minn. Ct. App. Apn112, 2005]).Since 2004, Sam has volunteered for the University of St. Thomas mentorship program. He also serves on the Hamline University School of Law Alumni Board.Before pursuing his J.D., Sam was a producer for the Twin Cities sports radio station KFAN and for ABC/ESPN, where he earned a sports Emmy nomination for his work on ESPN baseball broadcasts. |
