Mr. Armacost was a Principal of Weiss Peck & Greer LLC an investment firm from l990 to 1997. In 1997 he was appointed Managing Director until his departure in June 1998. He was Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets of Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Incorporated from 1987 to August 1990 and he was Director President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank America Corporation from 1981 to 1986. |
