Samira Moran began her career at California Clinical Trials in 1993. She has held a variety of leadership roles within the organization including Director of Business Development, Divisional Clinical Manager, and Early Drug Development Manager, and has conducted all phases of Clinical Research from Phase I to IV. In April of 2002, Ms. Moran assumed her current role, Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. This position plays a key role in business development, contract and budget negotiations and oversight of the Early Drug Development Unit. Ms. Moran serves as a pivotal member of the Senior Management team and contributes to the company's strategic planning. A few of Ms. Moran's successes with California Clinical Trials include the implementation of procedures and processes for more complicated or "difficult to do" programs. During her tenure at CCT, she has implemented important Leadership and Management programs. In 2001, she was honored with the company's "Fearless Leader" award. |
