Samantha Evian practices in the Firm's Family Law group and also concentrates her practice in civil and commercial litigation. She works in both the Philadelphia and New Jersey offices. Ms. Evian is a graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law, and received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in History with Minors in Women's Studies and Spanish. While completing her law degree, Ms. Evian was an Editor of the Political and Civil Rights Law Review. She also served as a law clerk at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the American, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. She is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, the University of Pennsylvania and Temple Law School's alumni groups and is the current Vice President of the Neshama Group of Hadassah. She is also an adjunct professor at the Keller Graduate School where she teaches a business law course. Ms. Evian has volunteered extensively in civic projects including the Small Business Development Center at Temple University and the Women's Law Project. |
