EXPERIENCE

Sam co-founded Variant Partners (formerly Management Recruiters of Ann Arbor) in 1970 with his wife Rosemary. In his role as President, Sam is responsible for the strategic business and growth management necessary to guarantee the success of Variant Partners' performance goals and the preservation of the principles and morals established by Rosemary and himself over thirty-five years ago. His leadership has played a critical role in establishing Variant Partners as one of the top 15 out of over 1100 MRINetwork? offices worldwide.

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

Prior to founding Variant Partners, Sam was employed at Ford Motor Company in the Product Engineering division for seven years.
