Sam Ourfalian is Senior Managing Director of Application Technologies for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., the nation's leading residential mortgage lender and service provider, and its parent company, Countrywide Financial Corporation, (NYSE:CFC) a diversified financial services provider.
Ourfalian has direct responsibility for application development and support, administration, technology planning and finance for Countrywide's mortgage production divisions, Institutional Mortgage Services Group and Loan Administration. He also oversees CFC's enterprise applications and imaging solutions as well as application architecture and governance for all technology groups within Countrywide Financial Corporation.
Ourfalian joined Countrywide in 1992 and has held various positions within the company including chief technology officer for the Correspondent Lending Division and managing director of Production Technologies.
Before joining Countrywide, Ourfalian served in numerous capacities including systems architect, development manager and principal consultant in the design, development and support of systems in the Manufacturing and Insurance industries. Ourfalian has a B.S. degree in Mathematics and a Masters degree in Computer Science. |
