Sam Oolie has served as a director since 1986. He has served as Chairman of Oolie Enterprises, a private investment company, since 1985 and as Chairman of the Board, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of NoFire Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of high performance fire retardant products, since August 1995.
