Sam Davis, President, has over thirty years of banking experience with Continental Illinois National Bank of Chicago and First City, Texas. He has extensive experience in retail payment systems, electronic banking delivery systems, telecommunications and has senior management experience in credit card merchants, ATMs and point-of-sale payment systems including credit card, direct-debit and check authorization. He has been influential in the development of regional and national shared ATM networks, serving on the operations and standards committees of the VISA/Plus network and the Pulse EFT association. In addition to his bankground in retail banking, bankcard services and electronic banking he has served on various ABA task forces and planning committees and has taught at the ABA School of Bankcard Management. While at First City Bancorporation, Sam managed First City's statewide ATM and Debit/POS businesses and its merchant bankcard business that supported a network of over two hundred (200) community banks.
