Sam oversees all commercial brokerage activities for Raleigh, Charlotte and the Triad area. In this capacity, he is involved in projects from pre-development through lease-up and stabilization. Sam currently serves on the board of directors for Raleigh’s Downtown Housing Improvement Corporation. He is actively involved in the Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA), the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR), NAIOP, and ICSC. Sam is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
