Sam Moses represents U.S. and foreign corporations on a variety of business transactions and corporate matters, including the following:
Corporate relocation, site selection and business expansion projects
Business transactions, corporate counseling and corporate contracts
Import and export regulation
Corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions
General corporate representation
Mr. Moses counsels companies on corporate relocation and site selection matters. He assists corporations in structuring economic development incentive agreements with state and local authorities as well as with other project stakeholders. Mr. Moses advises companies on the various legal and project issues to facilitate companies’ business start up goals.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Mr. Moses served for more than three years as managing director of the State of South Carolina European Office in Munich, Germany assisting European investors seeking to establish operations in North America. Mr. Moses also previously managed the South Carolina Department of Commerce's export development program for Europe, Africa & the Middle East and advised hundreds of companies on international trade issues.
In 2002, Mr. Moses served as a Robert Bosch Fellow in Frankfurt, Germany. Mr. Moses is proficient in German.
